K[nine] are five ambitious musicians who hooked up after playing in several other bands in Norway. After a few jam-sessions, they realized their own potential and started working hard, putting the other bands aside in 2001.

As the inspiration sources shows, these guys like it hard, fast and powerful. However, they are fascinated by the balance between power and melody. The Metal and Metal Core fans will recognize some inspiration from bands like Machine Head, KoRn, Hatebreed, Pantera, Killswitch Engage, Chimaira and Slipknot.
In 2006 K [nine] released their debut ¯«Unleash the Power» and signed with Scoop Management.
2007 was the year when they produced Dead World´s Poetry and released it in Norway in November. Both albums can be categorized under "critical aclaimed", because both press and fans really gave them thumbs up for both releases.
2008 will be the year they will get the credit they deserve. They will be playing at several festivals and concerts in Norway. K[nine] is known to kick ass on stage, so if you have the opportunity....check them out!!
