Short Bio: French Brittanny producer of Trance, exploring sounds from Acid to Psychedelic/Goa and Trance, Andre tries to perform his own style & electronics sounds, making electronic music since 1989,after diverse experiences in psycho or Punk Rock & New Wave in the 70's & 80's. Trance is for Andre a way to explore the Life and the Faith, a Gate opened on the human spirit, a Shamanic Healing for the Body & Soul. High Energetics Rythms and Hard Bass Lines for Moovers, Israeli Uplifting themes for Dreamers and Emotionals Vibes for Lovers, Subliminate Spirituality, Faith and Mystical Atmosphere, Freedom and Deliverance, this is the life and the world of GATE of the TRANCE.
Extended Bio: Andre began to play music in the 70's, playing as an amateur guitar and bass. During the years 1981/1984, Andre was involved in the Punk/New Wave movment in Toulouse, (S.West of France), Playing guitar in an energetic local Psycho-Punk-Rock band: Les Miserables. In 1985, he created with the singer of the band, Hugues M., a Rock duo, Mass & Fergusson (a name that tells a lot on the energetic intentions of their music), accompaned this time by a rythm box, inventing a music that was later brought on the tops's by bands such as Beastie Boy. This Rolland CR 8000 rythm box was the first step into the electronic music. Andre had already built in 1981 an analog synth; a kind of Moog, with a famous integrated circuit sold by Realistic at this time, but didn't not use it for his compositions. En 1982, André had opened a Rock restaurant/pub in Toulouse, the Hulla Hoop, wich was the rendez-vous for the alternative scene, he had at this time the honnors of the national alternative newspaper Actuel, because it was one of the first connected place frequented by all the locals musicians of the New Wave Movement, as all those passing through the region of Toulouse. In 1987, Mass & Fergusson had to separate because Hugues started to work in Paris, and Andre went in Britanny for one year, to learn shipwrighting.
