Words expressive of life's lessons. Guitar chords reveal reflections Of moments passed by times resolve. And the storyteller dances Within verses; subtle moments. Presenting images unknown Yet understood by quiet souls Inside their own contemplations. Common bonds, unrelated thoughts, Come together with shared embrace As connective humanity.

Some people seem to make strong connections to my songs and I try to respect that when I'm doing them. Without, I hope, taking myself too seriously in the process. I did my best to pass that feeling on in this CD. This project started out as a way to keep track of some songs and maybe learn a little about the art of recording along the way. It evolved into a collection that, I think, has an unaffected, organic feel to it. I added a bit of harmonica and high-strung second guitar on some tunes but it's still a pretty accurate reflection of what I sound like playing live.
The sound clips of all 13 songs speak for themselves and they'll give you a better idea of what I do than anything I could write in this space. Please take a minute to check 'em out. Lyrics and more information can be found at my website.
Thanks for stopping by and listening. Take care.
