Let's call the organization a "band" and the three Homo sapiens "musicians". Each musician's body contains about the same percentage of water as the general population of humans on this planet. In fact, your body may contain water that was once in our body. The reverse could also be true. We also may be sporting water that was once useful to you. You are practically the 4th Girl.
"Peteena Says" launches Girl For Samson's lively discourse on the subject of circles, cycles and souls. The 12 songs are smart, hooky and are delivered in a variety of styles that include frantic waltzes, clanging pop and psychedelic marches. In addition to the traditional rock and roll gear the band has also packed horns, water splashes, accordions, synths, fish, drum loops, percussive toys, bells and a melotron for this expedition. The trio artfully tips their hats to their influences while still sounding unique and relevant.

The shadow in the lyrics and musical patterns will cling to you long after you've turned it off and you'll hear something new the next time you play it. Fantastic effort by this KC band.
A refreshing step away from everyday alternative/pop, August 26, 2005 Reviewer: modestrachel (Missouri) This album is unlike many of the albums in my collection. The assortment of songs vary in tone and mood, making an interesting listening experience.
Wondering when we will see more...
