After surrounding himself with the loyal rock n' roll brotherhood known as "1614", he set out to put together "The 99's" (part band, part gang, part co-conspirators). He first hired drummer (working actor, and all around r n' r sweetheart) Tommy Villafranca to join as a permanent "99". Then he recruited local hot shots: Bassist David Allee (Driving By Braille), and Lead Guitarist Derrick Tanner (4 Star Mary) to really get this project off the ground.

The album was Recorded and Mixed at Would Work Sound in North Hollywood, CA by Evan Frankfort (Pete Yorn, Turbonegro, The Wallflowers) and Luke Adams (Pete Yorn) in October.
