johnny ferreira combines style, boundless energy and genius in his unforgettable performances. touring throughout the united states, england, france, germany, belgium, luxemburg, norway, switzerland, denmark, austria, hungary, israel and canada.
recruited as an original member of the colin james band, ferreira was featured soloist on stage and in the studio. he also demonstrated his talents while co-arranging the swingin' sounds of the "little big band". a whirlwind 11 years passed touring with some of history's most profound rock names including, the rolling stones, steve winwood, santana, robert plant, zz top, keith richards, bonnie raitt, and stevie ray vaughn.
in 1998 his solo career was launched! quickly discovering new fans excited with his band, ferreira was eagerly received and found himself in constant demand. touring and releasing cds, in 2001 he teamed up to co-write with award winning singer-songer writer, anet ducharme (tom cochrane, amanda marshall).
