In the summer of 1997, I entered a 24-track analog studio in NYC's ultra-hip East Village with an engineer and some big ideas; next thing you knew, ENJOY YOUR DESSERT was born. Some of the songs were at least 2 years old; some of them were made up on the spot. Either way, it's all me, all the time. If half the fun I had doing it reaches you, then it's all worth it.
