There are NO fillers on this CD. Every track has a message, whether it be about a loved one you've lost(another tear), to a song that just makes u wanna get up and dance(show me), or something telling you to never give up on Love(love athlete); There is a track for everyone and maybe every track for some one. Some of the best compliments J Rice has received is that a person played the cd from start to finish without skipping a track. Most Cd's nowadays have 13-19 tracks, but you skip at least 8 of them (on a GREAT CD) leaving you with around 5 or 6 songs you listen to. Well, here's 10...Enjoy
