FULLY FUNCTIONAL's 12 tracks range in intensity from fast and furious to slow time-bending laments, all with a flair for the exotic. Progressive drumming, torqued bass, piano, synth keyboards, guitar, and guitar synth flutes, saxes, strings, and more blend to wall-of-sound at times, lush and soft at others. Four players, live, no overdubs.

ABOUT "FULLY FUNCTIONAL"
Fully Functional, by Secret Aging Men, marks the first Independent release by the group in which they consider their sound to be coming of age. A certain quality that they feel is their common bond intertwines throughout every track, dynamically from the fast and furious themes to the soft and erotic laments, this exotic-like sound rings within. You may find it interesting that Fully Functional is a "live in the studio" project - all tracks were recorded during live rehearsals and jams during 2005. Other than some pre-mastering editing, which was kept to a minimum, mostly at the beginnings and endings of the tracks, these tracks are totally live, no overdubs.
