Siobhan, former guitarist for The Bombshells and Bif Naked, embarked on a solo career in 1998. Known for her energetic and entertaining live shows, she has consistently garnered attention from the Vancouver media, toured as an opening act for Bif Naked, and established herself as a favorite amongst the snowboarders and skateboarders in Whistler, BC after appearing on the mainstage at the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival in 2000, and at the Ford/Sony Playstation Skatespace Competition in 2001.
Siobhan has been a featured performer at New Music West, appearing along side Todd Kerns and The Waifs on the Socan Songwriters Circle panel. Her "Flying Song" was chosen for NMW's "Ready For Radio' CD. Siobhan was also nominated for "Best Local Female' in the Georgia Straight Music Awards.
Siobhan has also been branching out, reprising Blondie's 'One Way or Another' for a television commercial by Circle Productions, and lending her voice to a couple of tracks on the Black Halos album "The Violent Years". Music from her album was also featured in a Whistler-produced extreme sports video.
Most recently, Siobhan has begun to venture into the US, appearing on VH-1's Top Twenty Countdown along with host Aamer Haleem while in New York, and completeing several successful US West Coast tours.
Siobhan's album "STAR" features her trademark power pop sound enhanced by the all-star musicianship of Pat Steward and Doug Elliott, both former members of the Odds, and by Sarah McLachlan bandmates Sean Ashby and Vince Jones. As well as being featured on CBC's Radiosonic show, on CFOX, and receiving national college radio airplay, "STAR" has garnered great reviews in The Vancouver Sun, The Courier, and received four out of five stars in The Province.
