There is no genre attached with this music. He's one of those individuals you have a tough time explaining. Hidden in the mountains of Georgia alone with the woods, he creates whatever his mind allows. Music with heavy elements of classic country (Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard) mixed with the modern sounds of artists like Beck, Elliott Smith and Ween. Throw in the wonderful harmonies of Brian Wilson, the guitar playing of Neil Young and the experimentation of the Beatles and you may....just may.....be along the right path deep into the woods towards Trappers Cabin!
