~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Xaviera, a native of Bridgeton, New Jersey, has loved music since she was a child and attributes her musical start to singing in her local church choir. At the tender age of 19 Xaviera relocated to Atlanta in pursuit of a career in music. It didn’t take long for Xaviera to realize the music scene in the “Black Music Mecca” wasn’t quite what she had imagined it to be. Big Dee, of 89.3 FM Atlanta says: "In every generation, there is one artist that makes you stand up and take notice. Xaviera is this generation's artist”. Xaviera is proving that statement to be very true. The singer/songwriter is still riding high on the success of Sunshine. Less than four months after releasing Sunshine, Atlanta Urban Mediamakers awarded her "Best Independent R&B Artist" during their '1st Annual Indie Awards.' She has won several awards, es
