Lisa & Her Kin play high energy honky tonk music. The kind of music that makes you want to put on your boots, stomp your feet and hoot & holler. Lisa fronts the band with her brother Ian. She writes, sings and plays guitar for "The Kin" while raising her two sons with her husband Michael. In her spare time she manages a bookstore. www.lisaandherkin.com 4.Jayda Klingerman On Fire written by M. Levasseur vocals and guitar: Jayda Klingerman back-up vocals and guitar: M. I've been singing nearly my whole life, but didn't start focusing my energies on guitar and songwriting until around '99. For me, music is an incredible outlet, and I have enjoyed sharing my music in venues ranging from open mic nights in local bars to the Aladdin Theater Stage. Currently, I stick to predominately non-smoking, all-ages venues, as I am the proud mommy of a son who will be a year old in July. Whenever I can, I arrange a babysitter to come along so that he can be present for my performances...I played guitar all-through my pregnancy, even performing up until I was 7 months along, so music is something he is quite familiar with.
